In accordance with the regulations, a person who is normally employed in one Member State and is posted by their employer to another Member State continues to be subject to the legal provisions of the first Member State.
Duration of Posting and Certificate
The expected duration of the posting must not exceed 24 months. The (self-employed) worker must be provided with the PD A1 certificate.
